RE:  New Zoom security Protocol

Many of you have heard about the security issues with Zoom so here is what we are asking the Club to please do:

1) Always update to the latest Zoom app. In the very upper right corner of your first Zoom screen there will be a circle to click on that will lead you to a 'check for updates' option

2) Do not share the 9 digit meetings codes on social media or with anyone outside of this Club

3) In the Zoom Chat, please do not share links to websites or click on any shared links even if you know the person. 

4) Adjust your screen name to read first name, Call sign, and state abbreviation, in that order.  If you don't have a call yet, write your first name and 'No Call'.

      **Instructors-- before starting class please check all participants to make sure their screen name is set up as requested**
